Refunds are not possible. How to use: Alternative 1 (Open the file through the VRoid Studio app): Unzip the downloaded folder. Open the VRoid Studio app and go to "Hairstyle". Under "Custom", Click "Import" and choose the vroidcustomitem file in the downloaded folder. Alternative 2 (Put the file directly into the folder for VRoid custom hairstyles (Windows user)): Unzip the downloaded folder and copy the folder into the following folder: C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\pixiv\VRoid Studio\custom_items When you start VRoid Studio stable version, the new hair should have been added to the "Overall Hair" category, under "Custom".
